This has definitely been the hardest part to figure out when it comes to setting up the tournaments. It is not a perfect system but it works. After you pay your entry fee you will be randomly paired with another player. You will be given each others contact info and you will need to work together to set up a Tee Time during the week. There will be times where you may be paired with 3 players in a group. Tee Times should be set up anytime Monday-Sunday the week of the tournament. The deadline to enter a tournament will be the Friday before the week of the tournament. You should get your pairing a few days before the tournament week. If you are unable to schedule a time with the player you have been partnered with you can contact us on the main menu and we can try to find another option for you. If we are unable to find another option we will refund your entry fee. Hopefully we can always find another group for you play in if this happens. This also includes rain outs. If you are scheduled to play with your partner and your round is rained out you can either try to set up another time or you can request a refund. You will need to go to the contact us section on the main menu and fill out the info for a rain out refund.
